Stunt driving

You've been charged with Stunt Driving.  You've had your car impounded and your licence has been suspended for 7 days.  You've been summoned to attend court on a specific day.  What do you do next?

The consequences of a guilty plea to this offence are horrifying.  The first thing you should do is call a legal representative!

If found guilty or if you plead guilty to this offence, the fine ranges between a minimum of $2,000.00 to $10,000.00 (with additional 25% Victim Fine Surcharge and $5.00 court cost).

Your abstract will accumulate 6 demerit points and you could also face a driver's licence suspension of up to 2 years and imprisonment of no more than 6 months.

If you're a CMV driver, you're looking at an additional 5 CVOR points.

Don't become a victim to these horrifying consequences.  Hire someone who can help you get the best possible outcome for you, even if you think you're guilty!
