Have you or someone you know been charged? Has your company or one of your drivers been charged? Not sure what to do with your ticket(s) or summons(es)?
If you’re doubting yourself, you've come to the right place. Don't pay your ticket! Fight it!
It’s very important that you ascertain that you hire the right company or individual to represent you. Does it make sense to hire a heart surgeon to perform a brain surgery? Hiring a lawyer or paralegal that doesn’t specialise in defending individuals/companies in Provincial Offences Court may not get you what you’re looking for. Hiring a paralegal that knows the ins and outs of fighting tickets is surely going to get you that much closer to getting the charge withdrawn or the next best thing.
Knowing what jurisdictions the paralegal works in, is another important note to make while choosing the right representative. Hiring a paralegal that works in the area where you were charged will assist in getting you results. Having knowledge as to whom the charging officer is, who the Prosecutor/Crown will be & which Justice of the Peace presides in the area is an advantage. The Paralegal will be able to better advise you/the client during initial consultations.
If you’ve been charged in Northern Ontario and court will be held in Haileybury, Kirkland Lake, Timmins, Cochrane, Kapuskasing and Hearst, you’ve come to the right place. Click the “FREE QUOTE” or contact us today! We’ll get you on your way to a cleaner record today.
