Deeply glad!

I am deeply glad I came across The Northern Defender when I encounter traffic stops during my trip from Winnipeg to Ottawa. The stop in Hearst, ON made me almost had a heart attack. 2 people and I travelled using a rental vehicle. However, due to the carelessness of the driver decided it is okay to not pay attention to his speed while driving. It further complicate things because I was not paying attention when he was driving as I sat at the front passenger seat. It complicate things further when the rental vehicle was registered under my name with additional driver written.

Lorraine pushed me to tell all of the story from the very beginning to the end in details. She explained what are the options, what are potential results, give instructions what should I do to win the case or at the very least the lowest possible penalty.

I was stupid at that time, that I did only tell 90% of the story. At the end, Lorraine and I both pity my own action of not giving her the 100% of the story due to me feeling bad to the driver (former friend) that had to bear for his own consequences (Yes, I know I was foolish at that time). I should have been able to get better results out of the traffic charges. During the resolutions, Lorraine patiently guided me via distance after I concluded the trip and went back home to Winnipeg.  I could not have imagined, if I did not contact her. With her hardwork, I did not get any demerit on my license at the very least. In Feb. 2013 we went and got my 89 yrs. old Grandfather in Niagara Falls. On our way back to Timmins just before Haileybury, we got pulled over by two officers. They were claiming we failed to slow down for an emergency vehicle parked on the side of the road. With so much more details to be said, we knew we needed to take this to court. There was no evidence to support this $490.00 ticket, which possibly meant 3 demerit points. We were looking for someone to help us fight this ridiculous charge.
